Real Catholic Ministries was founded in 2007 as the parent organization overseeing the annual Real Catholic Men Conference. Its main objective was to support the full and complete spiritual formation of Catholic men.
Through the prompting of the Holy Spirit, RCM discerned the need to expand its vision to include:
- More intensive men’s formation and opportunities for faith in action, including: small groups meetings; retreats; and marches/demonstrations, etc.
- Coordinating and sponsoring events that support other faith-based organizations’ financial and spiritual needs
- Recognizing and fulfilling the need for women's outreach and support
